Former provincial minister and PTI leader Shaukat Yousafzai was released after being arrested.
According to sources, Shaukat Yousafzai was arrested from the airport premises, the former provincial minister was going to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah.

Sources further said that Shaukat Yousafzai was detained by plainclothes officers, who was released after being detained for two to three hours.
On the other hand, Shaukat Yousafzai has said while talking to the media that he was going to pay Umrah, he was left after the flight took off, there is no FIR and he is not wanted in any case.
