The initial hearing for the bail plea of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman in the cipher case is scheduled to take place today under the leadership of Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, heading a three-member bench.
Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Ayesha Malik will be part of the bench, with the Supreme Court Registrar’s office issuing a notice to PTI Chairman’s legal team.

In response to the Islamabad High Court’s decision, where PTI Chairman had filed an appeal against the judgment, seeking dismissal of the case against him in the cipher case and forming a team involving federal and FIA authorities.
It’s noteworthy that on October 27, the Islamabad High Court had rejected the bail of PTI Chairman in the cipher case and had also dismissed the request pertaining to the expulsion of PTI Chairman from the cipher case.
