While the feature was initially accessible through an experimental flag, it is now available as an official option. Users can easily relocate the address bar by selecting the “Move address bar to the bottom” option, and they can revert to the top position if they prefer.
The feature provides the same functionality, including back, forward, new tab, tab switching, and more. It offers greater flexibility to users with different hand sizes and device preferences.
Currently, this feature is limited to iOS devices, but there is hope that it may eventually become available on Android devices as well. This update addresses the diverse needs of users and their preferences for the placement of the address bar, considering the wide range of device sizes and hand sizes in the Android ecosystem.
