An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday extended a teenage boy’s physical remand for four days in a traffic accident case in the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) that killed six members of a family.
On the expiration of his last five-day physical remand, police placed suspect Afnan Shafqat before the court. The investigating officer requested that his remand be extended for 14 days.

Judge Abher Gul Khan ordered the suspect’s handcuffs to be removed and inquired about the reasons for the additional remand.
