Regal Automobiles has announced a significant price drop for its locally produced Seres 3 Electric Vehicle (EV), just one month after its official launch in Pakistan.
The company announced on Wednesday that it has chosen to lower the vehicle’s price because the value of the Pakistani rupee to the US dollar has improved.

Moreover, the price reduction has also been attributed to the modification of taxes and fees for electric vehicles. The company also stated that this action is in line with its mission to support environmentally friendly transportation and the nation’s transition to electric cars.
The locally assembled Seres 3 EV’s ex-factory price has been slashed by an impressive Rs. 809,000. The vehicle, which was previously priced at Rs. 9,199,000., will now be available for Rs. 8,390,000 after the price cut.
