TPL Corp Limited (PSX: TPL) and Abhi (Private) Limited are free to investigate a possible acquisition of FINCA Microfinance Bank Limited, as the business reported to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Tuesday. This permission comes from the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).

 “Through a letter dated December 18, 2023, the State Bank of Pakistan has authorized TPL Corp Limited (“TPL”) and Abhi (Private) Limited (“Abhi”) to start the due diligence process of FINCA Microfinance Bank Limited (“Bank”) with the goal of TPL and Abhi potentially purchasing a majority stake in the Bank,” the stock filing stated.
