Rawalpindi administration recovers occupied commercial properties worth billions

The Rawalpindi district administration, in collaboration with the local police, has successfully reclaimed abandoned commercial properties owned by the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB). These properties, situated on Tipu Road and Hafeez Road in Rawalpindi, hold a collective value exceeding Rs4 billion and span across 108 kanals of commercial land.

Reports indicate that the disposal process strictly adhered to directives from the Supreme Court. The concerted effort utilized all available resources to ensure the rightful transfer of these properties, previously abandoned by the ETPB.
