Weibo users have been buzzing about the Redmi K70 lineup as Xiaomi’s sub-brand has been teasing fans with new images. The Redmi K70 series’ official launch date in China is set for November 29 at 4 PM Pakistani time, the company announced today.
The Redmi K70, K70E, and K70 Pro are the three unique models that make their debut in this upcoming series. The powerful Dimensity 8300-Ultra SoC, which powers the K70E, has already been confirmed to be housed in the device. It has a powerful 5,500 mAh battery, impressive 90W charging capabilities, and a high-performance 12-bit 1.5K display that can reach a peak brightness of 1,800 nits.
Hands-on photos of the K70E that were leaked, thanks to Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, showcase the device’s elegant design with symmetrical, thin bezels—a characteristic usually found on flagship-class smartphones. The phone is also equipped with an under-display fingerprint sensor.

It is expected that the Redmi K70 Pro will demonstrate the power of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, establishing itself as a flagship-caliber gadget with enhanced gaming compatibility and generative AI capabilities.
Though Redmi hasn’t made the processor for the regular K70 official public, Geekbench insights suggest that it might use the Dimensity 8300, similar to the Redmi K70E. This implies that since display specifications are probably going to be similar, there may be some differences in the camera department.
With the November 29 launch date drawing near, Redmi promises more details regarding the K70 series to come. There are rumors that these phones could become available globally later in 2024, either as Xiaomi’s 14T series or under the Poco brand. In the days before the big reveal, fans are waiting for more information from Xiaomi’s Redmi division, which is creating a growing sense of anticipation.
